  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email  with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote locations: Up to 12 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  •  Shipping charges may be available on orders above a specified value.

  • Orders below that threshold may attract a nominal shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional handling or packaging charges (if applicable) will be shown before final payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email.
You can use this ID to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or directly from your order dashboard (if available).

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Courier partner delays or unforeseen events

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns
    Deshi Amruth is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package:

  • Do not accept it from the delivery partner.

  • Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery at [insert email] with photos or videos.
    We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. International Shipping

9. Change of Address

You can request an address change before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.
