Refund policy

At M/S. DESHI AMRUTH WOOD PRESS OILS - BY MURALIMOHAN GUNDAPUNENI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care to ensure the quality of our oils and organic products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged product, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong product or incomplete order.

Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Products returned beyond the allowed return window

3. Return Request Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Email us at deshiamruthnzb@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9490797414 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and approve eligible requests within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or guide you on return shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping or COD (Cash on Delivery) charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund and the item is available in stock, we will dispatch the replacement within 5 business days after verifying your return.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider.
    If the issue persists, email us at deshiamruthnzb@gmail.com, and we’ll assist immediately.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before shipment by contacting us at deshiamruthnzb@gmail.com/+91 9490797414.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If the order was prepaid, the refund will be processed after deduction of any applicable transaction charges.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product on Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will verify and either send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost.
